lynn greeted us upon arrival. she provided local information, parking guidance, and tram details. the room was elegantly decorated and beautiful!!! it featured a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and amenities like tea, coffee, a fridge, and a fan.

weak shower pressure unreliable wifi

the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

the room felt cramped and lacked sufficient space for luggage. the shower pressure was very weak making it difficult to shower properly. the Wi-Fi signal was unreliable it disconnected frequently.

Lynn was cute. she showed us around upon arrival, including the communal lounge. complimentary bottled water and crisps were available in the seating area. there was plenty of on-street parking. The tower is a pleasant twenty-minute walk down the seafront.

the shower was very small, and the shower head was loose. side lamps were huge, so there wasn't much room on the bedside tables. we experienced some discomfort.

the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. i found everything as expected from the pictures, including ample space for my family. it was perfect for our needs.

fantastic host extra crisps homely feeling

lynn was a fantastic host and helped us with ideas for our visit. she made us very welcome too. there were extra crisps, water and tea/coffee and hot chocolate for my room. this was great as i had a little one with me!!! the hotel felt really homely and relaxed.

no cooked breakfast was available, and parking was a bit hit and miss.

dog-friendly gem with excellent service

dog station tennis balls water bottle guest lounge

lynn treated us like old friends and welcomed us into her modern, cozy place. she had a dedicated dog station, complete with tennis balls, treats, and towels for my dog. a complimentary water bottle station and crisps were available . the lounge area allows dogs to relax with you on the furniture and watch tv.

parking was not guaranteed , it required some luck to find a space nearby.

lynn offered complimentary bottled water and crisps in the communal lounge. she kindly loaned us plates and cutlery, it allowed us to order food in.

the shower head was loose , and the shower was very small. there was not much space to hang clothes for two people.
